In Zagreb, we’re working closely with older residents—especially those living in the city centre, where the population is ageing. At the same time, we’re actively trying to avoid gentrification and the ‘natural’ displacement that often comes with it. People should be able to stay in the neighbourhoods where they’ve always lived.”
