JUST4CARE produces practical resources to support cities, communities, researchers, civil society organisations and policymakers working on just climate adaptation.
Resources are organised into four simple areas: learning materials, practical tools, city-based learning, and replication resources. They can be consulted online or downloaded as they become available. All materials are published under open licences whenever possible.
All resources are designed to help cities move from reactive climate adaptation to just climate resilience: combining data, local knowledge, participatory governance and methods that can be adapted to different contexts.

Urban Parliaments DIWO Guide
Community-based spaces where residents, local organisations, municipal teams and experts can discuss climate risks, share local knowledge and shape priorities for just adaptation.
The Local Parliaments connect everyday experiences — heat, care, housing, public space, water, mobility and safety — with wider decisions about climate resilience and urban rights.

Participatory Methodology for Fair Adaptation
A practical methodology for designing climate adaptation with local communities, municipal teams and frontline organisations.
